How do I attach a cleaning head? +
Press the handle down onto a head in the storage unit. It clicks on, so you never touch the pad itself.
Does the pad contain cleaner? +
Yes. Cleaning agent is pressed into the pad and activates on contact with water, so a separate toilet cleaner is not needed.
Do I have to touch the used head? +
No. Hold the handle over an open bin and press the release button. The used head drops in on its own.
Where does the used head go? +
In the bin. The heads are not flushable, so never put one down the toilet.
Can I buy replacement heads? +
Yes. Refill packs fit the same handle and storage unit, so you only replace the heads.
How does the storage unit work? +
Take the handle out and the unit opens, so a fresh head is ready at the top of the stack. Put the handle back and it closes over the spare heads.
