Every Kleanzo order ships with tracking.
Your tracking link
As soon as the carrier scans your parcel, we email you a tracking link. That email goes to the address you used at checkout, so check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can also open the order confirmation email and use the tracking link at the bottom.
If tracking shows nothing yet
The first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. A link that says "label created" or shows no movement in that window is normal and does not mean your order is stuck.
Can't find your tracking
Email info@kleanzo.shop with the name and email you ordered under, or your order number. We look it up and send you the link. We answer within 24 hours on business days.
Tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days
Then something has gone wrong and we fix it. Email us and we will replace the order or refund it in full, no return needed. The same applies if the carrier marks the parcel as delivered and it never reached you.
When to expect it
Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same business day, and delivery to the United States typically takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping page.
