Every Kleanzo order ships free, with tracking, and leaves our warehouse fast.
Cost
Free express shipping on every order. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 5pm, or over a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery to the United States typically takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate based on how our carriers normally perform, not a guarantee; carrier backlogs and customs handling can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. That first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. More on our Track my order page.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. The delivery estimate that applies to your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the carrier marks your parcel as delivered and you did not receive it, email info@kleanzo.shop. We replace the order or refund it in full. See our Refund Policy for the details.
